Get the mess out of your head and into something that holds it.

Six questions, under a minute. At the end you get a prompt to paste into Claude, and it builds you a system in Notion that files your brain dumps for you. It’s free.

Claude is the chat you talk to. Notion is where everything gets filed. Haven’t got either? That’s fine, we walk you through both before you start.

Do you have your own business?

What do you do?

Do you want work in here too?

Plenty of people don't run a business but still have a job that fills their head.

What do you call the people you work with?

What keeps falling through the cracks?

Tick as many as you like. There's no wrong answer and nobody's marking it.

Where should we send it?

We'll email you the prompt so you don't lose it, and occasionally let you know when a new module is ready. Unsubscribe any time.

Here it is.

Before you paste anything, here is what you are about to set up. Two minutes of reading now saves a lot of confusion later.

  • Claude is the chat. You tell it the mess in your head, and it does the filing for you.
  • Notion is where the filing lands, the lists and folders that hold it all. You do not have to work in it, but it is there whenever you want to look.
  • Your prompt is the instructions that tell Claude to build all of that: your lists, a Today page, and a skill that learns how you sort things.

The whole thing takes about half an hour, and most of that is Claude asking you questions. You do not need to prepare anything. We will get you set up first, then hand you the prompt at the end.

Step 1 of 3

Do you have Claude?

Step 2 of 3

Do you have Notion?

Step 3 of 3

Let Claude into your Notion.

This is called a connector. Think of it as a doorway between the two: it lets Claude read and write in your Notion, and nothing else. Nothing can happen until you open it.

Open Claude’s connector settings

Find Notion in the list and connect it. Notion will ask which pages Claude is allowed to see. Giving it your whole workspace is simplest, and you can narrow it later.

Where your stuff actually lives

Everything you brain dump goes into your own Notion account. It does not come to us and we never see it. This page only ever receives the few answers you typed into the quiz.

Claude can only reach the pages you hand the connector. If there is anything you would rather it never saw, make one new page in Notion and share only that. You can narrow it or disconnect it whenever you like, and nothing you have already filed is lost when you do.

This one saves a lot of annoyance

While Claude is building, it asks your permission before each thing it does. You will see Allow and Always allow. Choose Always allow the first time it appears. Pick plain Allow and it stops to ask you again for every single step, and there are a lot of steps.

Now you’re ready.

Copy this, open Claude, start a new chat, and paste it in. That is the last thing you have to do. Claude takes it from there.

Don’t read this. It’s instructions for Claude, not for you. Tap copy.

Open Claude in a new tab

Two things before you go

Leave this page open in its own tab while you work. Your prompt stays right here, so you can always come back and copy it again.

Claude will ask you questions one at a time and wait for you. Answer them how you actually work, not how you wish you worked. The whole thing is built off those answers.
