Nothing is ever deleted. Old versions and stray copies move to an Old folder, and only when you say yes.
It never writes or changes legal wording, and never says how long records have to be kept. Those come from you or your adviser.
Documents with staff or customer details stay with the people who need them, and never show up on the template list.
