It never invents a customer, supplier or product you did not give it. An incomplete list is fine, a wrong one is not.
It builds the list as you go rather than as an import, because a list built as a project gets abandoned at row forty and distrusted forever.
It never forces one word on everything. If two words mean different things to you, they stay two.
It never tells you a list is incomplete or out of date, and it never nags about a row nobody has touched.
