Brain dump add-on

The whole picture

One conversation across the day instead of five notifications, and an evening that tells you what the day held and what it was short of

For
Anyone whose system is full of good intentions in separate places, who gets to the end of a day knowing it was too much of one thing and not enough of another, but never in time to do anything about it
You get
A morning that starts from what is already on rather than asking what your plans are, check ins through the day that pick up the same thread instead of starting a new one, and an evening that lays out what the day held, how its shape sat against what you said a good day needs, one real thing you did, and one thing worth being glad about
Takes
About 40 minutes to set up
Needs first
The free setup done. This one talks to you through the day, so it needs a paid Claude plan.

It sits on top of the rest of your system rather than beside it. It reads your tasks, your calendar, your work, and whichever of hobbies, food, movement and the day record you have, and it owns none of them. It never adds a task, plans a meal, books a session or starts a reminder that belongs somewhere else.

One thread a day. The morning opens it, every later check in continues the same conversation and knows what was already said. This is the thing that stops five separate messages arriving before you are out of bed, because everything else with something to say goes through it.

The evening is the part you are paying for. What the day actually held in plain facts. Then how its shape sat against what you said a good day needs, which is where you get told a lot of work and you never got outside. Then one real thing you did, named. Then one thing worth being glad about.

Balance means what you said it means. You pick the parts. It never adds one because it sounds healthy, never scores a day, never compares you to yesterday, and never tells you what a balanced life looks like.

On a day where almost nothing happened it is three lines and it is kind. No silver lining, no tomorrow is a new day, no filling the space.

It is not coaching, counselling or health advice, and it never diagnoses anything. If something is heavier than a flat day, it says so plainly and points at the numbers you wrote down yourself.

Any of it can be turned down without being turned off. Fewer check ins, different times, evenings only, or nothing until you start it. Quiet is a setting, not a lapse.
