Same never list: no passwords, no codes, no bank or card numbers, no ID numbers. Reference numbers for accounts you already hold are fine, because that is what the phone queue asks for before it will talk to you.
It never logs in as you, never submits a form for you and never rings anybody as you.
It never says whether you are entitled to something or whether a decision was right. It records what you were actually told, in their words, with a date.
