Your watch, in your morning

Your watch's sleep in your morning, and a lighter day offered when you need one

For
Anyone with a watch or ring who only finds out they slept badly halfway through a terrible afternoon
You get
Your watch's sleep arriving on its own every day, one plain line in your morning, and after a short night one question about what can wait
Takes
About half an hour, most of it on your phone
Needs first
A watch or ring with its own phone app, and cloud storage. The morning line runs on a schedule, which needs a paid Claude plan. The app that sends your watch's numbers across may have a small paid part to run on its own, and you will be told the cost before you decide. The free setup is included, and comes first if you haven't done it.

It uses the watch or ring you already own. It never suggests buying anything.

Nothing is built until your AI has actually read a night of your sleep back to you. If it cannot, it stops there.

A watch estimates sleep, it does not measure it. So you get the number and nothing else: no scores, no good or bad nights, no trends and no health advice.

After a short night, by the line you choose, it asks if you want a lighter day. Say yes and you pick the one thing that can wait. Nothing else moves.

It joins whatever already greets you in the morning, and nothing about your sleep shows on your lock screen.
