Brain dump add-on

Fed for the week

Dinner decided once a week, from the meals you already cook, with the bad night already in the plan

For
Anyone who stands at the fridge at six o'clock every night, or plans a week of dinners that never gets cooked
You get
Your real repeat meals in one short list, a plan for only the nights you ask for with a night that needs nothing already in it, a shopping list in the order of your shop, a look at what is already in before you buy, and one new meal at a time when you are sick of the same things
Takes
About 30 minutes to set up
Needs first
The free setup done. The parts that run on a schedule need a paid Claude plan, everything else works on the free one.

It plans from the meals that already go on repeat in your house, never from a recipe site or somebody else's week. Ten is plenty and five is a real answer.

Every plan has a night in it that needs nothing: the thing in the freezer, the toast, the takeaway you always get. That night is part of the plan, not the plan failing.

It plans the nights you ask for and no more. Three nights is a plan, and the empty nights are never called gaps.

It never says what you should be eating. No diets, no calories, no portions, no good food or bad food. It plans the food you already eat.

It never decides what is safe for you to eat. What you avoid is written down exactly as you said it, and that is where it stops.

It never keeps score. It never counts how many planned meals got cooked, and never mentions a night that did not happen.

It goes with Something to eat, the free add-on for the nights you have nothing left. Both read the same list of what is always in, so nothing is kept twice.
